The National Virtual Affiliate Group (NVAG) was launched in late 2020. The NVAG is for CTTT members who don’t otherwise have a local group in their community, or you wish to engage with others in the NVAG from across the U.S. Meetings are “virtual” via ZOOM and are typically scheduled on the first Saturday of each month at 1:00pm (PT); 4:00pm (ET). Our meetings are scheduled for 90-minutes. Participants are placed into smaller breakout groups for deep discussions around each month’s Topic related to truth-telling, deep dialogue, building relationships, healing, and taking action to dismantle inequitable systems and structures based on “race.” A second, optional breakout opportunity is then established for Affinity Groups (where we join breakouts with those identifying in racial/ethnic groups: BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) or European/White.
