The San Francisco/Oakland/Bay Area Chapter of Coming to the Table has been meeting since April 2011 in Oakland, California. We work to Uncover History, Make Connections, Work Toward Healing, and Take Action, in keeping with the CTTT Approach to acknowledge and heal from the racial wounds of the past.
We typically meet monthly in members’ homes with an average attendance of 10-12 active members (during the Coronavirus Pandemic, we're meeting via Zoom). The chapter is an open group made up of both Black and White members and has collectively decided to utilize the circle process as it is practiced within Black and indigenous communities. There is generational diversity within the group and experience of private, public, non-profit and grassroots backgrounds.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to join the San Francisco/Oakland/Bay Area Chapter, and be added to our email list for future events, we request that you first become a member of CTTT.
Please join us for our monthly gathering. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we'll be meeting via Zoom Video/Audio Conference. Please join us. To RSVP and receive the Zoom info, Click Here and complete the contact form at the bottom of the page. Thank you!
