VA – North Shenandoah Valley (Front Royal)
The Northern Shenandoah Valley Local Group of Coming to the Table’s goal is to provide leadership, resources, and a supportive environment for all who wish to acknowledge and heal wound from racism that is rooted in the United States’ history of slavery and, unfortunately, is ongoing. Our monthly meetings are currently being conducted virtually via Zoom. We may also on occasion offer hybrid meetings in Front Royal and have quarterly in-person gatherings in the Northern Shenandoah Valley to support a public event that aligns with our mission and vision. Each meeting has a host and may be presentations and discussions on various topics that address the four pillars of the CTTT Approach: 1) Uncovering history, 2) Making connections, 3) Working towards healing and 4) Taking Action.
