VA – Virginia’s Historic Triangle (Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown)
The Historic Triangle of Virginia is a beautiful historic community that proudly holds the distinction of being the birthplace of America. Yet, below the surface, the community we call home is the place where seeds of racial division were planted 400 years ago.
Today our nation is choking on the bitter fruit that these seeds produced. In order to uproot a tree, you must cut off the roots. So, we are approaching the CTTT mission as arborists, who are committed to cutting off racism at the root of America and ushering in racial healing and reconciliation.
We create opportunities for people to come together and to get to know each other by respectfully listening to each other’s truths. We also plan educational programs and partner with community organizations to repair the harm done to our community.
Guests and new members are welcome to our monthly meetings, which are typically held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
