CTTT’s Laura Hill Wins Journalism Award

Virginia Gazette columnist, and leader of Virginia’s Historic Triangle local affiliate of CTTT, Laura D. Hill won the first-place award in the column writing category. The judge wrote that Hill’s columns, under the heading of “Building a Bigger Table,” show that “There is but one ‘race,’ the human race! … These columns resonate reality as they reflect racism and racist conduct/rhetoric.”
