Leadership Training Workshop

Saturday & Sunday, November 5-6, 2022; 10am-2pm (PT); 1pm-5pm (ET), each day. Deadline to register is October 26.

The Local Affiliate Support Working Group of Coming to the Table is offering regularly scheduled training workshops to support the development of leaders/facilitators for new and existing Local Affiliate Groups as well as for the new National Virtual Affiliate Group that meets monthly. This workshop will be facilitated by Crixell Shell and Tom DeWolf. It is scheduled for two four-hour sessions per day over a weekend (total of 8 hours).

We schedule these workshops multiple times each year so all who wish to participate will be able to do so. This is the final workshop for 2022

Topics to be covered in this interactive workshops include: Circle Process, CTTT Touchstones & Values, Trauma Awareness & Resilience, Restorative Justice, long-term impacts from feudalism in Europe & the Doctrine of Discovery, and the four Pillars of the CTTT Approach (Uncovering History, Making Connections, Working Toward Healing, and Taking Action).

The maximum number of participants is capped at 25 participants.
