CTTT-ABQ meets the third Monday of each month in the Wesson Room at the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Albuquerque. Doors open at 6:00pm with the conversation beginning promptly at 6:30 and ending at 8:30.
This is our first CTTT local group location in New Mexico. There may be more as we grow. Our participants have been from Santa Fe in the north to Bosque Farms in the South. They have been students of UNM, educators active and retired, and all manner of working New Mexicans. All are welcome.
Understanding racism by listening to and sharing truths among cultures is enlightening, rewarding, and a continuation on the path to dismantling racism. Our first two meetings were in October and November of 2018. They were attended by descendants of Africans, Native Americans, Asians, Europeans, Mexicans, and Spanish. Several faiths and people of no religious faith were represented.
